Support day to day operations, changing priorities, processes and business systems related to the Procurement of Goods and Services and successful enterprise programs. Collaborate with internal constituents to ensure consistent, timely and accurate completion of job responsibilities, department and company goals and objectives.
Program management: Manage day to day operations related to enterprise wide supplier programs which include but not limited to Office suppliers, Promotional goods, Staff Augmentation, Books & Subscriptions, and Freight & Mail. Maintain Supplier relationships.
-Hold quarterly business reviews and create appropriate measurements for suppliers.
-Mitigate risk and drive efficiencies with suppliers.
-Catalog strategy, create implement and drive strategies related to catalog buys.
-Lead teams to successful outcomes on critical projects
-Drive outsourcing strategy across teams.
-Support day to day operations of sourcing intake process and purchase.
-Collaborate across teams to ensure effective and efficient procure to pay processes

Associate's degree or equivalent experience desired.

Technical - Aetna Applications//1-3 Years/End User
