POSITION SUMMARY

Accountable for review and/or handling of quality for Group Insurance (Life, ADPL, and Disability). Performs quality audit for NBARS Organization.

Fundamental Components:

Conduct standard quality reviews/audits to measure compliance with published policies, procedures, customer and regulatory guidelines (*)

Identify and distribute errors to business partners (*)

Subject matter expert on workflows, policies, systems requirements/enhancements daily operations and programs (*)

Perform root cause analysis and/or analyze data to identify and communicate trends in day-to- day work (e.g., quality of results, efficiencies of processes, etc.) (*)

Responsible to support targeted quality audit projects. Report results and make recommendations e.g., training needs, quality controls and procedures, etc (*)

May report and forecast inventory and business activity results

Recommend ideas for the development of quality control policies and procedures of own unit in the performance of specific job functions (*)

Administer business procedures ensuring compliance requirements are satisfied (*)

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Strong knowledge of Group Insurance products experience is desired.

Experience in excel.

Proven communication skills both written and verbal

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
