IBM LA Staffing Support Professional in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

The IBM LA Staffing Support Professional primary role is to support the Latin-American staffing team to staff IBM short and long-term consulting projects. Support is given through tools support and administration, report creation, demand maintenance, control and tracking.General Expectations:Awareness of business activities and business needsExchanges information, ideas and concepts.Requires negotiation to achieve coordination.Utilizes a significant amount of innovation to identify and solve technical problems.May recommend and implement improvements to existing technical procedures based on understanding of new technologies.Working individually or as a team member, may set work priorities within well established procedures and objectives.May provide coordination of activities.Accountable for individual and/or team results, and for the impact of those results on interrelated activities or projects.Key responsibilities:1. PMPs creation, control and tracking.2. Headcount Control by Service Line3. Hiring and Demand Follow-ons, Supply Process, and Reports4. Headcount Dynamics (add, exits, demands and productivity)5. Data Quality clean ups6. TRAM Support: creation and maintenance.
