Description:
Seeking a Project Integrator responsible for providing project integration support to include the Chief and Deputy Chief of the organization. Provide Sponsor governance board process and execution for the following recurring meetings, which includes to coordinate, prepare agenda, prepare read-ahead packages, facilitate, record action items, and produce meeting minutes for: * Weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) * Weekly Project Review Board (PRB) * Weekly Senior Staff Meeting * Bi-Weekly Financial Review Meeting * Bi-Weekly Performance Review Meeting. •Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external organizations, as well as attending meetings, producing documentation to support the agenda, recording and tracking action items and publishing meeting minutes (i.e., Sponsor Monthly Meeting, Bi-Monthly Partnership meetings). •Respond to Sponsor front office assigned actions both in writing and verbally; monitor Corporate Action Tracker (CAT) and determine appropriate assignees within the Sponsor; monitor and compile responses from Sponsor groups and forward those responses to front office for review and acceptance before responding to assigned Sponsor front office action. •Manage internal action item tracking process; identify methods to improve process and work with leadership to clarify actions, ensure timely responses and analyze/compile responses for management. •Provide project management support to front office assigned IT related projects. •Provide management and administrative support to offsite meetings, including planning, preparing agendas, facilitating services, recording decisions and issues and disseminating. •Lead and/or participate in groups focused on tools, processes, procedure, and pricing that will ensure the success of business operations and improve customer service. •Support numerous other activities at the office level to include annual pricing, mid-year and annual reviews, Council of Advisors briefings, vault access, meetings and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and any ad hoc administrative duties. •Perform quality control on briefings to be presented to Sponsor senior management. •Maintain organizational level templates and SOPs.

Required: Demonstrated on-the-job experience as a Project Manager. 2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with MS SharePoint.

Clearance : Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 16+ years of related experience.
