POSITION SUMMARY

Position can work from any Aetna office.

Work at home available to existing work at home internals only.

Role helps to drive critical, strategic business initiatives that impact the Middle Market Plan Sponsor Services installation teams by providing project management and process improvement expertise.

Fundamental Components:

Position supports the LRB Plan Sponsor Services organization by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and alternatives to meet business needs from a project management and/or process improvement perspective. The candidate must have a track record of success in project management, excellent oral and written communication skills and strong business and organizational knowledge. This includes the ability to effectively work in a matrixed organization. The candidate must be able to lead process improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and/or customer service. Must identify improvement opportunities by understanding various data inputs including metrics, productivity & quality/rework results. Must possess strong analytical skills. Candidate must act as an advocate for change and possess the ability to influence others based on business experience.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Candidate's past positions required acting as a project lead and directing others. Proven communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to affect change/influence through interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
