    • Completes required inventories on time.

    • Places orders for food/paper products as scheduled or needed.

    • Enters weekly inventory into computer.

    • Adapts orders as needed to accommodate changes in census or menu.

    • Orders food as needed for special functions.

    • Changes orders as needed based on changes in market price or quality.

    • Supervises catering functions with assistance of AOM.

    • Catering functions set-up in a timely/professional manner with assistance of AOM.

    • Catering functions to be picked up in a timely manner with assistance of AOM.

    • Assists in planning of special functions to include menu/rentals and set-up.

    • Supervises preparation of food for special functions.

    • Supervises clean up of special functions - ensures leftovers are stored and utilized and rentals are accounted for.

    • Asks for assistance as needed with catering functions.

    • Participates in Production Meetings.

    • Participates in Supervisors Meetings.

    EDUCATION

    Preferred - 2 year Culinary Education Certificate

    EXPERIENCE

    Required - Experience may be substituted for formal education w/ 3-5years of food service exp.

    Preferred - 3 years of lead cook experience
