IBM Division Order Analyst in HOUSTON, Texas

Creates and maintains well and unit records for non-operated and company operated properties. Updates master ownership decks for changes in response to division order inquiries and coordinates with the Accounting department to ensure timely payment of revenues and proper release of suspense to owners. Communicates directly with WI and royalty owners to resolve inquires concerning transfer of ownership and interest tabulations. Identifies opportunities to streamline Division Order processes.

  • Prior Land or Title experience required.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment is critical.

  • Experience communicating and working with other Finance and Accounting groups or clients to lead projects and manage client services.

  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented with strong mathematical and analytical proficiency.
