​Enterprise Relationship Consultants provide ongoing service to self-directed clients in a call center environment. They may also handle advised clients with a legacy asset exemption. They are reactive sales staff responsible for executing and confirming securities transactions initiated by retail clients and providing assistance to clients on request. Employees provide limited research and counseling services on limited products but do not develop client relationships. May follow up on client contacts to close the sale of investment products. Licensing requirements are: Series 7, 66 or their equivalent. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Enterprise Relationship Consultants work with Merrill Edge clients and focus on servicing, deepening banking and investment relationships with Mass Affluent customers; clients with less than $250k in investable assets. ERCs work with customers to service their investment and banking relationship, understand their financial goals and needs and presenting and implementing meaningful financial solutions to meet those needs. The trainee will directly report to a New Hire Manager during the duration of their time as a trainee.
