IBM Security Services Manager in HURSLEY, United Kingdom

–Act as key Service Delivery leaders on complex programmes and managed service contracts–Develop SLAs for internal customers & external clients where appropriate–Collaborate with Architecture & Technical teams to match service levels to standard service design elements–Manage selected service reviews with the clients and vendors–To consistently ensure all SBU services are delivered within SLA and KPIs are accurately measured and are met consistently–Drive speedy resolution of incidents and problems and safeguard all service related contracts–Attend Change Review Boards and maintain quality execution.–Design of ITIL based process architectures & operational organisational structures–Overseeing issues including service availability, maintainability, performance, SLA reporting and change management–Ensuring issues are promptly and effectively resolved–Manage a team of SOC AnalystsSME–Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts to wide ranging audiences and present service improvements and obtain buy in with senior leadership in both internally and externally.–Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience AND 3-5 years combined business/technical experience–Understanding of technology platforms across mobility, cloud, data centre, networking and call center environments.–Knowledge of the Windows Operating system and technologies such as domains, Active Directory, and Exchange.–Knowledge of PBX, ACD, IVR, and other call center related technology–Understanding of ITIL Processes and completed ITIL V3 Certification
