What you’ll be doing...
Sales Process Operations
Responsible for operational process in support of the WWCA channel. Documentation of all aspects of the channel sales process internally and externally for partners. Develops documentation and support for all aspects of the program. Gathers information from all departments and accurately documents and communicates internally and externally.
Develop M&Ps in support of the program
Key stakeholder in process simplification & gap identification
Documentation of processes to support new product launch
Interface with L&D for additional training requirements
Job aid creation and training support outside of L&D
Identify posting requirements for documentation with product team
Liaison with Sales Enablement team
What we’re looking for...
Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 year’s work experience and 10 years of job related experience
Strong Channel background, understanding the needs and motivation of all types of channel partners
Experience dealing with operations leaders, sales leaders, product leaders and through understanding of operational assurance
The preferred candidate must have demonstrated in previous roles: strong leadership skills, an ability to operate in positions requiring significant self-direction and motivation, and a proven track record in partner program operations.
