You will responsible for collecting, and validating data input and create reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
You must be able to follow up on the operation on the account on a daily basis, and use analytic skills to provide correct and valuable information in the reports.
You should also be able to explain and present the reports and the meaning of the reports on calls with the account team, technical competences as well as on calls with the Client.
Your role involves interfacing between groups that have a need for reports and the Service Delivery to request the report and manage its delivery. \
What you’ll do:
Generate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the account and the client
Establish the sample report, conducting review and approval with account team
Participate in meetings with other competences, the account and the Client
Perform complex calculations
Update SLA towers to the Service report
Monitor and analyze
