You will apply your expertise in developing and implementation of the solution architecture.
You will also be working on product customization, integration and extensions required for the solution to meet the customer’s expectation.
What you will do:
Responsibility for the cross organizational coordination of projects within IBM Cloud Brokerage.
Coordinates with the Account Managers & Service Coordinators and manages the onboarding process for new customers on the IBM Cloud Brokerage software
Work across Engineering, Delivery, Product Management and Sale
Manages lifecycle upgrades and patch deployments as required as well as Demo and POC environments for the Sales and Marketing teams.
Assist in the development of detailed project plans, schedule work assignments, and monitor progress. Adjust project schedules and resources as necessary to meet project objectives
Provide routine project reporting and documentation to include status, open issues, resource and schedule detail using appropriate tools
Work with senior management and project managers to develop, design and maintain standard internal project status reporting and assist with rolling up external project status reports
Audit weekly customer deliverables and maintain customer deliverable repository
Develop and document process diagrams and workflows

•5+ years of experience in Project Management •Preferably 2+ years experience in Program Management•Good experience in understanding of ITIL framework and Service Management•Experience with Release Management Lifecycle•Organizational and interpersonal skills•Familiarity using agile and waterfall project management methodologies•Working knowledge of JIRA and MS Project functionality is desired•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word required
