Job Description:

Owns market strategy to leverage resources and assets to drive revenue growth and brand favorability in the market. Serves as point of integration in the market internally and externally. Manages/coaches market team. Identifies, builds, and maintains Community Partnerships, including developing of board strategy and VOC for community needs assessment. Leads and influences market president and leadership team to create strong local market plans and with Business Integration team and/or the Enterprise Business & Community Engagement (EBCE) to drive business integration in the market. Serves as liaison to Public Policy teams providing counsel and advice on local government relations issues and opportunities. Also liaises with M&A and Media partners. Influences efforts in the Low Moderate Income/Community Reinvestment Act (LMI/CRA) arena. Facilitates local grant making process and provides local insights, communication and oversight to national community impact programs.
