Primary Role: Provides customer satisfaction through day-to-day oversight, support, problem identification, and resolution of restricted items. Has thorough working knowledge of internal systems, analytics, quantitative/qualitative research, and contract compliance. Provide support and assistance to multiple Account Managers. Ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple system platforms. The position will have responsibility for the restricted item administration and oversite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in extracting/auditing customer compliance data from MCK mainframe, to include, but not limited to; Access, SAP, Business Warehouse, and Business Objects. Builds and maintains customer affiliated Auto-Sub tables (ISM). Extracting data from MCK and customer specific databases.

  • Builds and enhances customer/supplier relations to enhance process improvement. Meet or exceed defined customer service levels that directly influence the department's achievement of targeted customer satisfaction goals.

  • Identify and implement process improvements.

  • Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.

  • Demonstrates subject matter expert (SME) knowledge restricted items process; including supplier agreements, customer eligibility, and financial status.

  • Handle research, reconciliation and negotiations of account issues.

  • Resolve restricted item issues in an accurate and timely manner that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.

  • Establish and maintains good working relationships with internal/external partners.

Minimum Requirements

Entry level position

Critical Skills

  • 5 years Healthcare Practice Management and Medical Billing Experience.

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office; as well as, data processing and analysis skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both, written and oral.

BS degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Practice Management or Medical Billing.

Physical Requirements

Incumbents must be able to walk more than a few feet from their workstation. Position may require some business trips during the year that includes an overnight stay.
