The Sr. Manager, Gx Program Management will be responsible for managing a new Gx expansion program. They will serve as functional expert in the Community Pharmacy and secondary market spaces and provide strategic program support to grow market share to meet financial targets. The Sr. Manager, Gx Program Management will evaluate sales performance trends and analyze impact to ensure McKesson’s ability to exceed customer set sales and net income targets.
Partner with Sr. Director, Secondary Channel Strategies to refine opportunity identification models and develop risk mitigation policies and procedures
Develop and manage to program KPIs to drive program efficiency and maximize financial performance
Understand key pricing and profitability metrics to evaluate program performance and investment opportunities
Daily oversight and management of exception-based requests from sales reps
Coordination of inventory management and back office operations activities
Management of on-going and new IT projects related to program management and effectiveness
Serve as program liaison to Field Sales organization

5 years of product management experience including 2 years managerial experience
5 years of Sales/Program Management with demonstrated team leadership experience
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Demonstrated ability to influence individuals and exercise good judgment in a fast paced decision-making environment is required
Strong analytical capabilities. Excel spreadsheet skills and spreadsheet analysis techniques required
Strong communication skills especially in the area of verbal/written communication with customers
Ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, build consensus, and lead initiatives
Pharmaceutical marketing/strategy experience a plus
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Good management, communication and analytical skills and thorough knowledge of company's products
MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
