Job Description:

Duties & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have four (4) immediate vacancies for Navy Aviation Sr. Logistics Analysts to support Navy clients at the Commander Fleet Air Forward (CFAF) DET ASD Iwakuni, Japan.

Candidates will perform duties associated with Automated Logistics, Inventory, and Financial management utilizing NTCSS Force Level (RSupply, Optimized NALCOMIS), Web-based (eRMS, OTS), and peripheral (IBS, FIMS/FACET) Automated Information Systems (AIS).

Position may require up to 10% travel away from the Iwakuni office.

OCONUS HOLA and COLA are included in compensation.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute for the degree, eight years of “hands-on” experience in a combination of Navy automated supply/maintenance management may be utilized. Training related to the “degree substitute” provided at Navy schools is considered “hands on” experience.

  • In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, must have 5 -7 years (8 years is preferred) of experience in Naval Supply, Logistics, Inventory, Financial Management and the functionality of Afloat Automated Information Systems (AIS); plus two years of experience as a senior-level analyst and a supervisor.

-NTCSS Force Level and peripheral AIS expertise.

-Current DoD Secret Clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

-Ideal candidate would be a former Navy/Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist, Supply Warrant Officer or Limited Duty Officer.

  • Aircraft Carrier (CVN) or NAS/NAF tour experiences.
