Bank of America Asset Services Client Services Analyst: Jacksonville, FL in Jacksonville, Florida
The Asset Services Client Services team is part of GMO&MO (Global Markets Operations & Middle Office). The successful candidate will join a highly motivated team responsible for providing client service to Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors, Merrill Edge and other client facing groups resolving dividend and corporate actions related inquiries in a fast paced environment. While some Operations experience (preferably to include dividends or corporate actions) is desirable applicants with client service experience are also welcomed. Day to day responsibilities include both verbal and written responses to time sensitive corporate action / dividend related inquiries and provide detailed management reporting to identify trends and potential process improvement.
Required skills include:
College degree (associates or higher) or comparable work experience
Basic Excel knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi task, excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to problem solve and take ownership of process improvements
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with various stakeholders
Desired skills include:
Basic understanding of dividend and/or corporate action events
Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar background preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Basic understanding of and/or experience in the financial services industry
