Provides technical fiduciary tax expertise to U.S. Trust and other BAC LOB client teams focused on differentiating client service and expanding client relationships. Insures all tax responsibilities required of assigned accounts are fulfilled, achieving client focused service standards and complying with bank standards and policies, and federal and state tax laws. Typically responsible for the more complex fiduciary tax matters.

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

This position is responsible for all tax matters related to tax preparation and post mortem planning for assigned accounts in the Estate Tax Services offices. The associate has the administrative and technical skills to provide tax technical advice, prepare and review the more complex tax returns and manage the contact with outside attorneys as well as internal business partners. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a fiduciary tax services environment working with transfer tax and fiduciary income tax returns. Tax technical skills with ability to research, draw conclusions, and drive appropriate business decisions. Able to work in multi-task environment and deliver results. Demonstrated oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Accounting, finance or law degree preferred.
