The Retention Team’s primary responsibility is to retain clients that have an immediate or future plan to close or transfer their accounts. In addition, the Retention Team leverages various outbound campaigns that focus on proactively addressing any clients questions or concerns through meaningful, relationship-based conversations. Ideal candidates will have the ability to identify relationship building opportunities while addressing the clients concerns and properly position solutions tailored to the client. Ideal candidates demonstrate the value of Merrill Edge, and build on successes to deepen overall enterprise relationships.
The team is integral to understanding the trends that are causing client attrition while recommending changes to positively impact future clients. Associates will be expected to work closely with Team management to identify trends and develop solutions to address client concerns.
Team goals include Call Quality, Deepening, Client Satisfaction, Retention Metrics and a strong focus on capturing the voice of the client
7 and 66 required (or their equivalence), if 66 not held, will be required to obtain in 90 days.
Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services
Ability to adapt and seek solutions for customers in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree is preferred, or 1-2 years relevant work experience
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to clients and demonstrate empathy
