POSITION PURPOSE Analysts are responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support Project management. Solves problems by considering courses of action within the framework of management s goals and standards. Completes all tasks in expected time frames. Assists with schedules/purchasing flow/meeting prep and follow-up/project timing and deliverables. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Runs 2 Reports: Regional Replenishment Center (RRC) Accuracy Report and the Weekly Flash Report
Analysis of existing reports and creating new reports to be shared with DC leaders
Follow up with leaders at multiple DCs to report trends and data points gleaned from the data mining.
NATURE AND SCOPE Reports to RRC Manager. Has no direct reports. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 0 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Preferred Qualifications: System knowledge and Microsoft familiarity: Outlook/Excel/Power Point/etc. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
