Job Description:

Brief Description: Vice President, Strategy Execution Lead, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) Chief Operating Office (COO) Group, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

GWIM COO Group partners with GWIM line of business to develop and execute key strategic initiatives across COO and represents the GWIM business across critical enterprise-wide programs and initiatives. The team works directly with GWIM senior management and partners across the Enterprise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support GWIM strategic and business development projects

  • Own end-to-end responsibility for a significant component of one or more critical GWIM programs with stakeholders across different lines of business

  • Work closely with line of business COOs on evaluating and analyzing business processes

  • Support GWIM representatives on key enterprise-wide programs including Resolution & Recovery Planning, Volcker, Reg W

  • Perform data analyses to drive insights and inform recommendations

  • Synthesize research / analyses, and develop concise and effective presentations

Required Skills:

  • Strategic (Project Management, Problem Solving, Storyline Creation/Presentation Packaging)

  • Process Design

  • Data Sourcing/Business Analytics

  • Experience with MS Office Suite of products (including Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills)

  • Organizational/Time Management

  • Communication Skills

  • Negotiating and Influencing Skills

  • Knowledge of financial services, wealth management and / or investment banking and capital markets strongly preferred
