This would include but not be limited to prepare/train/educate and assist in managing emergency response situations where employees are located. This position will require that the coordinator be knowledgeable in the area of emergency response planning and training. There will be a requirement to be knowledgeable of local legal requirements in your assigned region. Develop and deploy emergency response education and support tools to a global audience. The deployment of such tools will need to meet all local regulatory requirements and be distributed on a number of platforms using the latest technology. Such tools will provide feedback and analytics to drive process improvements and distribution of resources. The coordinator will work with the corporate security staff as well as site security team members. In addition, the coordinator willdevelop a close working relationship with other stakeholders in the emergency response planning process such as but not limited tofacility operation/integrated health services/local site management as well as local external emergency response agencies
Associate's Degree/College DiplomaAt least 10 years’ experience in security/emergency response planning /background. At least 5 years’ experience of leadership skills.International Ability to lead/manage team members remotely - 2 years of experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies. A minimum of 2 years of working in a multi-ethnic and multi-culture environment. 2years’ experience in developing and presenting educational programs. Ability to plan, organize and direct multiple programs and activitiesEnglish: Fluent - speaking/writing
