This is a two year program that involves three assignments that each last six to 12 months. While interacting with Eaton
leaders during your assignments and at conferences, you’ll have the chance to deliver project progress presentations to
plant leadership teams.
After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of career paths,
such as operations, operational excellence, program management, supply chain or engineering.
Alumni of the program currently hold roles such as plant manager, general manager, product manager, quality manager,
new business development manager, manufacturing project leader, program manager or customer service manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or manufacturing engineering (graduation date
between Sept. 2015 and Dec. 2017, with an average of 8.0 or higher
Community and campus activity with leadership roles
Relevant internship or co-op experience
High potential/high interest to develop as future manager in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
