My team has built up the required skills from scratch, starting only with few people, who were engaged with upcoming challenges. If you would like to start a new journey apply, meet us and take the challenge.Today we look for specialist at Level 3 support, responsible for problem determination and resolution, disaster recovery and technical solutions preparations.Required:

  • Knowledge of IBM Service Management (ISM) v7 technology

  • Knowledge in UNIX/LINUX administration/usage

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes with focus on Incident, Problem, Change management

Nice to have:

  • Experience in relational database

  • Knowledge in area of Windows Server

  • Knowledge in area of WebSphere or BeaWeblogic middleware

  • General programming skills (Java preferable)

  • Knowledge reporting platforms - BIRT or COGNOS or Actuate

General requirements:

  • Willingness to up skill in area of ISM tool with special focus on SRM area

  • Experience in customer relations and/or working in service desk area

  • Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business

  • Ability to work in team

  • Taking ownership for assigned task and deliver results on time.

  • Communicate for impact within the team as well as with customer

  • Master's/Bechelor’s Degree

  • English: Fluent
