IBM Procurement Team Leader French in KRAKOW, Poland

The Procurement Team Leader supervises a team of specialists and handles escalations. He/ She is the role model for the team in terms of leadership, motivation and positive behavior. The Team Leader assists the Delivery Manager with the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service to clients and for the timely and accurate processing of complex F&A transactions and all related tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and control frameworks.Scope of duties:

  • To provide Management with timely and accurate reporting that captures performance trend metrics of the Team

  • To provide daily support to the Team in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction

  • To set, monitor & report the team targets and goals on a monthly / quarterly basis in line with the targets

  • Constant process review and document improvement areas for the team

  • Ensuring all processes / procedures are documented and updated as and when required

  • Ensure maintenance of headcount to deliver customer requirements and work with HR to manage attrition and deliver quality of hire to maintain a stable workforce with the relevant knowledge and skills to complete the work and deliver a quality service to the end customer

  • At least 3 years experience in MS Office especially Excel

  • At least 3 years experience in procurement/accounting

  • At least 6 months experience in people management experience in a Team Leader or stand in role

  • English: Fluent

  • French: B2
