Summary:TheProgram Manager will perform administrative, managerial and supervisory duties for services and personnel provided through this contract and will be accountable for daily work assignments and end products and will be the company point of contact to the government representatives.

  • Manage all aspects of Program Activity including: cost management; recruiting and staffing; security; project schedule management; date management; proposal activity and other related program activities.

  • Manage work schedules and programs.

  • Ensure continuous and timely delivery of services and compliance of contract requirements.

  • Ensure that all program staff, including sub-contractors complete work assignments on schedule and within quality parameters.

  • Maintain productivity and administrative records.

  • Interface with government representatives regarding performance, schedules, and personnel issues.

Non-Essential Duties:Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervisory duties are required for this position; must be able to manage 10 people and responsible for supervision and performance of all program personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

· Bachelor’s Degree; Master Degree preferred.

· 10 years of experience required.

· Must hold a current TS/SCI with current SSBI.
