  • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

  • Performs minor maintenance, diagnosis and repair of equipment, physical systems and structures within assigned facilities.

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • One (1) year experience in the electrical/mechanical field of building maintenance required. Hospital maintenance experience preferred.

  • Experience and/or training in methods and techniques used in electrical, mechanical and building maintenance required.

  • Experience and/or training in safely and effectively using electrical and mechanical shop tools and test equipment required.

  • Successful completion of Drivers Privileges for SHS Vehicles application process required.
