WindStream Communications Analyst I-Compensation in Little Rock, Arkansas
Windstream is looking for an outstanding Compensation Planning Analyst. This position will support the Consumer and Small Business sales and service organization across Windstream’s entire footprint. Your role: -Monitor and maintain all compensation and quota plan assignments. -Complete any manual monthly commissions system uploads. -Develop, maintain, and present custom reports for business leaders and marketing to ensure they have access to compensation performance in relation to sales or other performance metrics. -Identify, diagnose, and solve issues related to compensation plan function or reporting. This requires out-of-the-box creativity and a solution-oriented mindset. -Show initiative by using data to anticipate business and stakeholder demands.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Basic Microsoft Excel skills -Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment -Self-motivated, analytical, disciplined, flexible, highly-organized, and discrete -Exhibit the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Marketing preferred

College degree and 0-2 years professional level experience; or 4 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
