Sr Consultant

The Sr Consultant position is responsible for driving many functional areas of Subject Matter Experts to identify and close gaps in order to integrate/enhance systems and process. The incumbent will have strong ISG background/knowledge and work to get to one process prior to integration for the functional area and still meet the company goals and objectives, and may cover multiple areas of responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

• Drives Gap Analysis with IT and all gaps to resolution • Performs Process analysis, gain understanding of strategic plan and technical system set up. • Leads a team of User Acceptance Testers • Leads a team to perform data clean up • Collaborates with others to create end to end view of integration • Establishes Training programs for Enterprise Operations areas (ISG, ERC, SD, & Care) • Identifies and make recommendations to improve processes where applicable • Special projects as assigned • Assists as Back Up and technical resource for other Project leads

Essentials Skills/Abilities: • Leadership and communication skills • Highly motivated and self-directed individual • Strong business domain expertise in the area of ISG processes and systems, with a proven track record of providing results. • Strong technical knowledge • Strong project leadership skills and execution focus to drive results through performance – both at the individual level and at the team level.

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
