Littleton, MA - The Senior Product Manager is a key leadership position with responsibility for developing product strategies that drive new customer acquisition, improve customer satisfaction, and support achievement of company business objectives. This position will report to the Global Systems Integration Product Management leader and is a senior level position.

Job Duties:

  • Lead the definition, development, and commercialization of new products and services that solve critical business and clinical problems for systems integration customers.

  • Ability to work with regional markets to ensure these solutions are commercially successful through appropriate pricing, targeting, and product feature set.

  • Support regional markets with effective training, globally relevant messaging, and other sales tools.

  • Regularly engage with customers and supports key sales meetings.

  • Accurately and effectively represent the needs of the market and voice of the customer in all phases of product conception and development.

  • Develop unique value proposition of assigned products. Ensures sales understands and can effectively leverage for competitive advantage.

  • Serve as technical and product expert for sales, customer and thought leader activities; supports tradeshows and RFP responses.

  • Use detailed market, technology, and competitive input to develop product/market requirements and user stories for all aspects of the product including warranty, service, and support.

  • Provide input to product roadmap and maintains product backlogs.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in strategic analysis of new business, partner, and product opportunities.

  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape, provides product functionality and positioning information for marketing materials; review collateral and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Participate in ECO process for assigned product(s).

  • Manage beta, pilot, customer advisory, and user community programs.

  • Travel regularly to customer sites, speaking engagements, tradeshow events, mainly in North America.

Job Requirements:

  • (ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline is required. Master's Degree and/or advanced degree, preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful product management for complex, enterprise-class healthcare IT products is required. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in SaaS, OR integration, IP video/voice, and/or video conferencing.

  • The ability to successfully manage the strategic and the tactical, delivering high quality, high output results is necessary.

  • Track record of commercial success in high product delivery cadence environments is desired.

  • Must have the ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.

  • Highly developed written and verbal communications skills is necessary.

  • Must be an excellent presenter to both technical and senior executive audiences.

  • Must have strong analytical ability, financial analysis and modelling.

  • Must have the ability to make high-stakes, well-reasoned, and timely decisions with incomplete information.

  • Must have startup experience and successful delivery of V1 products.

  • Experience delivering products with Agile methodologies; CSM and/or CSPO certifications is desired.

  • Must have the ability to travel within the US and internationally up to 25%.
