Benefits Analyst Location - London

Job Purpose

As a key member of the benefits team you will work closely with leadership to develop, implement, administer and maintain benefits plans and programs (e.g., medical, dental, life and disability insurance, paid time off, pension/retirement and perquisites) for the employees of our firm. You will assist with the management of the benefit plan renewal processes, prepare presentations and communication materials and provide general support to more senior team members. Additionally, you will be involved with the broader team remit to provide counselling and information to employees and managers regarding benefits programs and policies, evaluate and negotiate contracts with providers and work with external vendors to administer benefits systems and programs. Key Tasks Analyse policies and benefit plans covering, but not limited to accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, and wellness plans. Provides administrative support during the implementation of new plans and/or the continuation of current plans and contract changes. Complete yearly maintenance of client communications such as Open Enrollment materials and Employee Benefits Guides; Plans and attends Open Enrollment meetings. Updates benefit related content on MMC intranet site (Colleague Connect). Provide administrative support in the production of Total Reward Statements and communication plan Completes third party benefit surveys. Provide reports based on previously established queries. Provide support in dealing with general benefit queries raised by HR teams and employees.

Key Tasks
