As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities with European HQ companies, developing relationships with target clients, being a ‘trusted advisor’ sharing Talent Acquisition expertise. Being uniquely placed to offer broader Talent Management services; you will also be responsible for identifying value add solutions such as Technology and Consulting to further differentiate IBM Talent Acquisition & Optimisation. Responsibilities
Generating opportunities to share the IBM Talent Acquisition and Optimisation value proposition with HR and Talent Acquisition Leaders, identifying and owning client engagement through to contract award and continuing to share innovation beyond contract award
Collaborating internally to define the strategy to engage target clients (in the case of IBM top accounts)
Accountable for UKI pipeline; contributing to the UKI signings target
Attending and presenting at industry events
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of key competitors’ and potential partners’ offerings, strategies and plans in order to effectively differentiate IBM’s offerings and evaluate potential alliances
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a passion for business development and relationship building
Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the business development process, including financial, business and industry insights and consultative selling skills that can be applied to opportunities
Experience in the HR industry, preferably within talent acquisition although not essential.
