Marsh & McLennan Client Experience Lead, Mercer Networks in London, United Kingdom

We are seeking a Client Experience Lead to fill a critical role in Mercer Networks. This position will be responsible for providing top quality member services within events/conference coordination, as well as managing all meeting attendance issues and logistics while collaborating with a larger global team. It will require effective delivery and strong attention to detail. • Research: (1) agenda topics (2) attendees’ organisations’ recent developments (3) relevant current events/issues
(4) external research/surveys/experts relevant to specific network/market

• Liaise with sales team in UK and US to offer promotion assistance (eg calls to prospects, cross selling across Networks)

• Manage prospect database (CRM) w/ regular updates to keep current

• For prospective members (guests): manage invitation process and follow up from pre-session to post-session membership offer and onboarding

• Manage support team’s administrative responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground support at sessions across markets

• Explore cross-marketing opportunities across current membership base to grow participation in new and other networks

• Manage the invoicing process in respective markets, including initial send-out and follow-up

• Respond to members’ queries re: session logistics, surveys, contact details, invoicing

• Conduct surveys, summary reports

• Take responsibility for meeting logistics – venue selection, food selection, set up, hotel block

• Take responsibility for meeting folder and materials

• Manage all meeting attendance issues, including dinner RSVP, session attendance

• Work with internal and external speakers on presentation collection, bios, and requirements

• Send out session information, invitations, post-session correspondence at direction of network leaders

Qualifications Qualifications Skills & Experience Educated to degree level Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Eperience in Marketing or Event management preferred
