We are currently seeking talented and highly motivated Learning Consultants to join the Talent & Engagement consulting practice. As a Learning Consultant, individuals will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with senior leaders across a range of roles and projects, from ERP solution development and delivery, to organisational and behavioural change.At this level, the roles are varied and involve all aspects of learning projects including pre-sales presentations, health check and maturity assessments, development of learning strategies and delivery of training. There is also a need to have high levels of technical ability to be able to recommend and implement emerging and disruptive learning technologies that deliver flexible, adaptable and personalised learning with a mobile first approach. The types of solution vary from delivery methods (iBeacons, video, MOOCs etc) to enterprise wide tooling, such as Learner Experience Platforms and content collation tools.You will be expected to help our clients rethink their approach to, and culture of, learning and to guide them through the ideation and co-creation processes, to develop employee centric and innovative environments that align to the business needs and the emerging digital environment. Travel will be required within the UK and Europe.Specific skills that will be cultivated include;
Training Delivery, specifically around ERP, 365, analytics, social tooling and behavioural change.
Training design and development for onsite project work, including use of eLearning rapid authoring software and basic video editing.
Outsourced learning skills that includes resource profiling, technical solution recommendations, vendor management and training delivery.
Oracle and SAP learning strategy development, content development and delivery of training.
Transition planning and implementation.
An ability to conduct high quality client-facing work with strong consulting skills.
Experience of working on HR Transformation in a complex organisation and a good knowledge of Change Management approaches.
Ability to identify and realise new market and client opportunities in the learning space.
Technical proficiency for learning technologies including architecture and implementation.
Creditability to contribute to the growth of the Talent Development & Optimisation (learning) practice, by networking internally, and supporting new business proposals and presentations.
