IBM Telco – Media (TME) Lead to Cash Business Process Consultant in London, United Kingdom
IBM Global Business Services (GBS) has established a Global Center of Competence for the Telco, Media & Entertainment (TME) Industries. The primary objective of this group is to provide Sales, Solutioning and Delivery Excellence support for the Industry teams in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and South America.
IBM Global Business Services is hiring B8 and B9s with subject matter expertise in Enterprise Lead to Cash business processes aligned to our Cognitive Process services line of business for the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment Industries. You will need deep expertise in the end to end lead to cash business processes for operations such as billing, collections, credit management, order processing, and customer care, as well as relevant Industry experience, preferably in a B2B Telecommunication or Media environment. You will have additional responsibility for developing thought leadership in process best practices and operating models for the enterprise business of the future for our TME clients. Responsibilities include:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Global Center of Competence for Telecom, Media & Entertainment, contributing to practice development and offering development.
Advise customers on benefits and cost savings that could be realized by applying automation, Robotics, Cognitive and Business Process Management to optimize their end to end business processes.
Advise clients on the benefits and cost savings of outsourcing selected business processes
Contribute to thought leadership and point of view materials aligned with select domains
Maintain business controls for pipeline reporting and signings/revenue forecasting
Achieve personal signings, revenue and utilization objectives, in alignment with practice objectives
Understand client needs and industry trends and develop winning proposals, applying IBM’s cognitive process services capabilities
Establish and manage trusted advisor client relationships within the organization
Monitor and control delivery excellence associated with large scale process services contracts

Extensive experience in managing or consulting in Business Process reengineering engagements
Knowledge of leading practices in the Lead to Cash processes for Telecommunications Enterprise Customers
Demonstration of leading Business Operations transformation projects
Established Senior Executive relationships within Business Operations as well as one or more of the Telecom, Media & Entertainment Industries.
