Our Opportunity:

The Program Manager:

  • Leads and implements technology strategies aligned with Talent Acquisition goals and initiatives

  • Leads Talent Acquisition process design and strategies

What you’ll do:

Business Lead for Technology

  • Responsible for leading our TA technology strategies and initiatives, in partnership with TA leadership and HRIS

  • Serves as primary TA liaison and daily point of contact with HRIS partners

  • Serves as TA subject matter expert (SME) for Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and other TA technologies and tools

  • Manages relationships with CRM vendor, in partnership with leader and HRIS; holds vendors accountable to meet service level agreements and works with them to resolve issues

  • Partners with HR Reporting team as thought leader and liaison for TA reporting and analytics needs; Educates TA community on how to leverage data insights

  • Communicates technology updates or issues to the TA community, and trains the team on new tools and functionalities

  • Provides training for TA new hires on ATS, CRM and other recruitment tools

  • Proactively shares updates on technology and process strategies, trends, and issues with TA leadership

  • Routinely stays abreast of external best practices and emerging trends in TA technology through research and networking and incorporates learnings into our technology strategies as appropriate

Process Owner

  • Leads process design and strategy for Talent Acquisition processes, in order to maximize use of technology, efficiency, effectiveness, and ensuring data integrity from our systems

  • Conducts process mapping and gap analysis to identify needs for process improvement; manages resulting process improvement projects

  • Serves as Liaison to Process Excellence SME team, and partners with SME team lead to prioritize and drive initiatives

  • Ensures TA organization is abreast of any process or legal changes that impact our process; facilitates continuous updating of process documentation

  • Serves as point of contact with Legal/AA partners for process or candidate documentation needs

Strategic Advisor

  • Builds and maintains key stakeholder relationships across the Talent Acquisition team

  • Proactively develops business acumen and deep knowledge of TA processes and strategies to be a valued business partner and consultant to TA teams

  • Partners and consults with TA teams to understand their technology needs and to facilitate solutions

  • Facilitates change management and communication for the TA team and the broader organization as TA tools change and evolve over time

  • Leads evaluation process of new tools to determine appropriate technology solutions

  • Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment and sourcing tools to drive decisions about usage of tools

  • Leads user groups across TA to facilitate best practice sharing and soliciting feedback from the team

What you have:

  • 5+ years related experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources technology and program management

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Technology or related field is required

  • Working knowledge of talent acquisition processes Knowledge of US federal, state and local employment laws

  • Strong experience utilizing project management techniques

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships

  • Excellent problem-solving and consulting skills

  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to develop and execute technology strategies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment and sourcing tools

  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to influence, gain creditability, and build collaborative relationships with talent acquisition professionals and leaders

  • Ability to manage and lead multiple initiatives/projects

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
