Charles Schwab Investment Management (CSIM) is the asset management arm of the Charles Schwab Corporation, and has over $300 billion under management in mutual funds and ETFs. Products managed include a wide variety of active and indexed equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies, as well as money markets funds. CSIM uses a consistent and disciplined approach to investing across all our products and seeks to develop innovative new products to meet the core investing needs of our clients.
What you’ll do:
The Senior Specialist is a key member of CSIM’s RFP & Consultant Database Team. This individual will be responsible for providing support to Sales and Client Relations by leveraging firm wide-resources to respond to formal Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other routine client requests (e.g., Quarterly Questionnaires and Due Diligence Questionnaires). This role will present an opportunity to interface with subject matter experts throughout the firm and provide exposure to CSIM’s products and business functions.
Manage the completion of client response documents
Partner with internal subject matter experts and legal/compliance partners to create high quality responses timely
Ensure style guidelines are met when completing all client responses
Contribute to the maintenance of a strong content database by submitting new and updated content
Assist the team with effort to streamline RFP processes

What you have:
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of related marketing/sales support experience, ideally within financial services
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
Ability to effectively operate in a team environment in which significant emphasis is placed on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
