Summary:The Maintenance Evaluator shall draft, test, implement, and sustain the WMD-CST Maintenance, CERFP Maintenance, and HRF Maintenance Checklists in IAW.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Draft for review and approval the WMD-CST maintenance checklist.

  • Use government recommendations and feedback to draft CERFP and HRF Maintenance checklists.

  • Finalize checklists and conduct compliance level snapshots for record evaluations of the WMD-CSTs.

  • Conduct Beta Tests of maintenance checklists to ensure sufficient scope and adequate details.

  • Modify and amend checklists as needed for government approval.

  • Monitor all applicable maintenance regulations for updates, and notify the government of changes.

  • Conduct annual reviews and complete snapshot, for record evaluations for all remaining NG CRE units.

  • Implement systematic evaluations after every unit has snapshot evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of one year of related experience.

  • Experience to include working with government personnel at a senior level.

  • Ability to obtain secret clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to travel to throughout CONUS and OCONUS states and territories

  • Ability to research, assimilate and organize information and write clear, succinct, grammatically correct documents which meet the standards of Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 and/or AFH 33-337

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point;

  • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to interact with others and to explain complex actions in regard to a military member’s entitlements, allowances, or collections;

  • Working knowledge of commonly used military terminology to be used within office settings to prepare material correctly. Contractor shall make appropriate use of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation in all office correspondences and work products;

  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment such as computers, electric typewriters, copiers, fax machines, scanners and other office automation systems to perform a substantial range of office automation support.
