CACI International POI Developer 15W Gray Eagle Certified Operators (Top Secret) - Lorton, VA in Lorton, Virginia

Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: POI Developer with wide range of knowledge, provides direct support to the training process. Responsible for course design, material preparation, classroom instruction, mentoring and role playing. Ensures that training courses address all levels of employee. Gathers, reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Prepares recommendations and reports to senior level personnel and/or management. Implements approved revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness. Makes recommendations to management as appropriate. Remains informed of and maintains proficiency with applicable company products. Works with senior level personnel to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met. Provides installation of designated software on designated automation equipment within the classroom environment. Updates classroom training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans, overhead slides, and practical exercises, as required due to new software, hardware or tasks from the client. Provides normal (allowable) infrastructure maintenance of all classroom equipment. Reports student attendance at training in accordance with client/company requirements. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.

Required Qualifications: Active Top Secret clearance Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5-7 years of related experience. Candidate must have 5+ years hands on experience as a certified Gray Eagle operator. Specifically, experience utilizing the CSP and or MTS sensors is highly desirable. Candidate should have a strong understanding of the OSGCS or USGCS, CUCS software, FMV tools, A-ISR CONOPS, TTPs and the PED process. Candidate should also have experience developing and executing POIs and developing manuals within TRADOC standards. Candidate should have strong communication and writing skills. Should also be able to conduct AARs.

Desired Qualifications: Strong consideration will be given to former 15W Gray Eagle Certified Operators Gray Eagle SI/FI Top Secret Combat Experience utilizing the Gray Eagle

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five to seven years of prior field experience in the specific intelligence field/function being taught. Intelligence Community professional certification required to support some courses.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
