Job Summary:

Responsible for the sales and operations of Comcast's Retail Stores in the Washington market. Provides daily coaching and direction to a team of Market Managers ensuring a culture of learning and collaboration acting as the liaison with local, Division and Comcast Corporate headquarters. Responsible for ensuring all retail points of distribution achieve their full sales and financial potential, while delivering an exemplary customer experience. Identifies opportunities to improve overall performance and acts quickly to implement effective action plans. This leader will help develop a strategy to enable continued points of distribution growth and expansion.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner sales channels to effectively coordinate joint efforts

- Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company's goals

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new lines of business

- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

- Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to ensure customer growth

Core Responsibilities:

- Develops, manages, and achieves Company sales and profit goals for the retail stores. Implements plans and tactics to consistently meet or exceed sales targets for a portfolio of products and services.- Leads sales team meetings and territory manager conference calls focused on sharing best practices and publicly recognizing top-performers.

- Collaborates with national retail partners to continuously improve sales, customer processes, and the relationship between the Comcast Sales Representatives and the retailer's core staff.

- Works in tandem with local Comcast market leadership to maintain alignment with local market objectives and initiatives.

- Assesses individual and team performance and provides specific performance improvement plans, as needed.

- Maintains and grows existing customer base while managing churn as effectively as possible. Creates and maintains a best-in-class customer experience across all stores in assigned division.

- Develops, monitors, and achieves operating and store expense budgets.

- Translates high-level marketing plans into tactical action items for your team to execute.

- Manages the opening of new stores in division.

- Provides daily leadership to team and continuously develops a highly-engaged, winning team.

- Communicates, trains, and educates market managers and territory managers on corporate marketing plans, new products, and other corporate initiatives.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Generally requires 10 years related experience
