IBM IBM Europe Emergency Response Coordinator. in MADRID, Spain

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Coordinator will implement the IBM Emergency Response Program in all Countries of the area and will assure the right updating and working out along time. To this end, the coordinator will receive guidance, instruction and material from the IBM Emergency Response Corporate Team. And will become a member of an international team covering other IBM geographical areas: Africa, Asia and America. Will keep contact with the IBM Security an IBM Safety departments and with the Crisis Management Teams of the countries under scope in order to plan and review the program implementation and further updating. Will collaborate with the emergency response international team in developing of the program and the implementation plans and in uploading the documentation in the IBM tools. The position Will be based in Madrid, Spain reporting to the IBM Security Manager for Spain and will require frequent travels to the Countries of the area and USA.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, BACKGROUND: The following skills will be analyzed along the selection process.

  • Languish knowledge: It is mandatory fluent English. Other European languishes known will be welcoming.

  • Background, degree and knowledge of Emergency response programs, Emergency planning, Corporate Private Security, Critical Facilities, Cyber-security.

  • Background, degree and knowledge in communication Techniques, and communication tools through new technology. Cloud, Webs, etc…

  • Background, degree and knowledge in leadership and project management in an international environment.

  • Background, degree and knowledge in use of information tools in: Network Webs, Smart, Cloud, Cognitive, Big data, Social Networks. The job will be developed in a technical environment according the IBM strategy.
