Job Description

The Investigator will function as a team leader, overseeing research programs and staff at The Center for Bioelectronic Medicine.   1. Conduct independent research and/or development work.

  2. Apply for grant funding and/or patents as appropriate.

  3. Ensure the collection and analysis of research data.

  4. Submit manuscripts and abstracts for publication/presentation.

  5. Perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, correspondence, attending meetings, database maintenance, maintaining records, charts, and other responsibilities.

  6. Ensure other activities, clinical and administrative, are completed.

  7. Supervise and/or provide technical direction to research staff.

  8. Perform related duties, as required.

  • Doctorate (M.D. or Ph.D.) Degree, required.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience, required.

  • Authored/co-authored published articles and/or abstracts as determined by the Appointments and Promotions Committee of the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, required

  • Internationally/ nationally recognized in area of specialty.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
