Position Title Production Control Manager
Germany - Baden-Württemberg
This position is located in Mannheim, Germany and is contingent upon contract award.
The Production Control Manager is responsible for the overall production control function for the APS2 – European Activity Set - project. (ie. Master Schedule work order management, AOAP, ARIMS and reporting).
Manages, organizes, directs and controls production elements in effective contract performance.
Ensures required reporting and deliverables are processed timely.
Maintains accountability for customer and company contract compliance requirements and processes.
Manages and reviews production data for accuracy and efficiency as it relates to volume of production, work schedules, consumption of material, quality control, product specifications and other aspects of production.
Effectively uses daily production information to track costs, measure trends, communicate results, positively re-enforce success and initiate corrective action when appropriate.
Ensures all cost, time-keeping, and accountability of expenditures are appropriate and available for audit.
Oversees and monitors to ensure that safety, training and contract personnel certification requirements are adhered to.
Works to develop innovative and effective performance enhancing operational processes.
Ensures compliance with applicable rules, regulations and State and Federal Laws governing HAZMAT, EPA, NRC, etc. and/or international laws as applicable.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.
At least ten (10) years of applicable supervisory experience.
A comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, processes and instruction in the applicable supply and maintenance management environment to ensure effective execution of the function.
Experience with the applicable US financial management systems and in-depth knowledge of the STAMIS to include AWRDS, GCSS-Army and USR.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact well with the customer and with employees at all levels.
Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans and working instructions.
U.S. citizenship and TESA/ASSA certification required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
