Summary The Sr. Consultant for Wholesale Business Acceleration is responsible for collaboratively planning and implementing Wholesale Customers Operations’ (WCO) process development & improvement initiatives through process development, training, prioritization, and etc. The Sr. Consultant will work with all levels and business lines within the company to implement projects.The position will collaborate closely with Wholesale Operations (Provisioning, Order Management, and Service Management) and partner organizations (Business Process, Product, IT, Sales, Transport Engineering, Field Operations, Outside Plant Engineering) to identify and implement technology, process and product change.

The ideal candidate must have experience in:

· Defining and improving business processes with a focus on telecommunications process knowledge.

· Interpretingbusiness requirements for partner organizations.

· Supporting business in managing change related to technology, product, or process change.

· Exercising independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

· Acting independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments.

· Assessing readiness for change prior to implementing solutions.

Job Description

· Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Develops future processes for implementation. Measures performance against process requirement and provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Delivers presentations and supports training activities, including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. · Support business readiness and change management strategy for Wholesale Customer Operations for product, process and technology changes. Communicates impacts to leadership and provides adequate documentation about change readiness. Communicate how change will affect business functions and roles within the organization. · Proactively represents Wholesale Customer Operations in new process, technology, and product development initiatives. Partners with business leaders to understand impact and prepare for product implementations and change. Engages leadership as needed to ensure representation with implementation processes throughout the business. · Demonstrates ownership for success or failure of Wholesale Customer Operations change initiatives. Proactively engages other departments within Windstream to identify and realize benefits of Wholesale Customer Operations business plans · Partners with organization leaders to provide accurate and efficient feedback in the development of new products/ process for the Wholesale Customer Operations team. Ensures Wholesale Customer Operations organization understands change timelines and impacts. May work directly with individual users or leadership to facilitate communication and problem solving. · Understands and is able to support Wholesale Customer Operations product strategy and vision.

Required Skills and Experience · Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop creative solutions. · Strong MS Excel, Access, & PowerPoint skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow · Advanced verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities. · Ability to travel nationally as required – up to 25%
