Work You ll DoExpand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow. Engage new business opportunities. Lead the development of usecases and design documents, documentation and revision of system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards. Provide solution design and plan migration activities. Oversee testing, maintenance, monitoring and installation of computer programs and systems. Oversee code review and correct code errors to improve application performance. Guide assessments of the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and their adaptation into user environments. Manage planning and design of computer systems using structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering. Define system goals and devise flow-charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs. Specify inputs accessed by the system and plan the distribution and use of the results. Lead the development of software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation. Evaluate the organization's technology needs and recommend improvements. Lead end-to-end implementation with the Salesforce platform specialized in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality. Oversee the configuration and customization of CRM platforms with Apex/VF, JAVA, .Net, Ruby, JS, jQuery, Angular.js and Objective C. Manage teams performing extract, transform and load activities for Oracle on-premise applications to Salesforce platforms with Apex tools. Ensure the correct use of release management, source control, and deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, SVN, Source Tree and GIT. Oversee the integration of system architecture with SOAP, REST, Informatica, Jitterbit and Oracle Fusion Middleware. Define system landscapes and identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver custom solutions. Manage the development of applications in the Salesforce.com environment with Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSL, SOQL and web services.
