We are seeking a capable Implementation Analyst with Superannuation experience to support the delivery of projects and ensure changes can be successfully supported by the BAU teams after project completion for various in-house and revenue-generating projects within the Consumer Wealth business within Mercer Pacific (Australia and New Zealand).
Reporting into the Implementation Analyst Team Manager within our Project Management Office (PMO) you will:
Analyse requirements, solution analysis and estimate of effort for detailed quotes
Plan all changes required to deliver to BAU teams. Determine the best approach and techniques. Raise any issues that may impact delivery.
Manage provision of information required to enable the establishment of processes and procedures which cater for all of the funds administration and legislation requirements - including any non-standard or exception scenarios
Elicit existing processes and document Current State, analyse change & identify best practice to determine Future State, perform Gap Analysis to determine impact to BAU;
Develop and document new or changed processes and communications (e.g.: letters, Forms and member interface systems)
Manage relationship between internal and external stakeholders across the business and technology areas
Develop and manage production of project member communications in conjunction with relevant areas
Establish workflow processes and efficient task management
Gather and analyse insurance documentation to ensure correct understanding of terms and conditions
Support test team activities including triage and impact analysis
Participate in project rollout activities including development and delivery of training and support for business users
Assist with managing transition to BAU teams ensuring minimal impact on incoming work and minimise any 'Limited service' period. The project portfolio that the successful candidate will be working on is diverse, challenging and have high impact for our internal stakeholders and external clients. The projects cover installation of new funds or products, benefit design changes and, legislation & compliance updates..
Superannuation experience is essential
Pension and Insurance knowledge ideal
Relevant tertiary and/or ASFA accreditation
Process mapping skills
SuperB/Sonata/Calibre experience highly regarded
Strong relationship building/stakeholder management skills internally and with external providers
self-motivated and proactive attitude
Good problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent documentation skills
Good learning and conceptual thinking skills
Competent in: Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Strategy Analysis, Analysis of Current State, Defining Future State & Gap Analysis, Assessing Risks, Defining Change Strategy, Solution Evaluation, and Business readiness techniques
