Marsh & McLennan Project Analyst in Melbourne, Australia
Mercer is a global market leader and we have the opportunity for an experienced Project Analyst to join our Client Growth team based in Melbourne.

Working closely within the supportive team you will provide day to day project co-ordination, quality control services to ensure a streamlined approach to engaging prospects and clients. Duties will include:
Preparing, proofing and editing internal and external project documents checking on data quality and integrity
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders around project timelines to drive it forward
Design and drive internal processes to reduce variation and cycle times
Analysis of client and customer data to improve engagement
Preparing project materials including handouts, collateral and plans for meetings with clients or prospects
Preparing meeting agendas, maintain post meeting action registers and preparing regular stakeholder management reports
Adopt and champion strong information management practices to ensure the team works to agreed standised information and digital processes
Ownership of client data in Salesforce – documenting processes and operations
To be successful in this role you will possess high degrees of self-management, drive and intelligence and have:
3 yrs. in a similar type role, it is advantageous if you have experience within financial services
Demonstrated track record supporting complex projects, preferable in an agile environment
Sound knowledge of operationalisation and creation of new processes
Proven ability to achieve and deal with ambiguity, complexity and competing tasks
Very high attention to detail
Highly proficient English language skills, written and verbal
Strong communication skills including client communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation
