Bank of America Contract Management Negotiator/Manager in Miami, Florida
o Responsible for managing trade, treasury and card documentation negotiations primarily for LatAm but also for other regions as required
o Develop and manage partners - professional staff involved in the review, analysis, preparation, and negotiation of master agreements
o Exercise independent professional judgment to resolve complex issues and develop methods and techniques for obtaining results
o Serve as primary liaison between Contract Management and other lines of business supporting the sales, implementation, and servicing of GTS products
o May manage administrative staff responsible for various functions supporting the negotiation process, including secretarial, general administrative, file control and file audit activities
o May manage special projects from time to time.
o May have responsibility for identifying, structuring and implementing process improvements in global team environment.
o Will take lead role in managing projects within Contract Management team
o Will help identify, design and implement new analytics and reporting functionality for team and associate development
o Will take lead role in developing and organizing training curriculum for partners and peers in LatAm
o Capable of organizing and prioritizing a large number of competing, complex assignments to meet team and customer needs
o Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
o Articulate (good written and verbal communication skills - English and Portuguese primarily – Spanish helpful)
o Comfortable in communications with associates and all levels of management
o Highly organized and time efficient
