Searching for potential candidates
Using the social media for finding the best profile
Screening CV-s based on the role profile
Managing pre-screening interview in Hungarian and English as well
Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms
Working on your own project related to HR
Current student studying Human Resources or related business field at an accredited institution with outstanding academic performance
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Advanced skills with Excel
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Russian - fluent, good level of English will be an advantage
