Internship is a part-time assignment for active students willing to pass within IBM their practice related to University diploma as a required part of their academic program.

Our interns are able to get real job experience as well as to discover what they want to do in their future professional career.For current and future assignments, we look for active students of Universities without or with minimal work experience in role of Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team.


  • Searching for potential candidates

  • Using the social media for finding the best profile

  • Screening CV-s based on the role profile

  • Managing pre-screening interview in Hungarian and English as well

  • Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms

  • Working on your own project related to HR


  • Current student studying Human Resources or related business field at an accredited institution with outstanding academic performance

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

  • Advanced skills with Excel

  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

  • Russian - fluent, good level of English will be an advantage
