Overview of Job:

The VP of Clinical Informatics has several goals tied directly to the Employee engagement survey results for his team. The intern will assist the VP and Process improvement director in assessing the changes needed and implementing changes directed at improving employee engagement survey scores. The intern will assist specifically in targeting the Employee Education and Communication areas for the VP of Clinical Informatics. The candidate will receive real-life experience with process improvement techniques, interfacing with business analysts / owners, and interpreting results into a working solution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Masters Students

  • All majors welcome

  • Minimum of 3.3 GPA

  • Interest in technology

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • Software experience is not required—we will train you to be an expert.
